We start a 6 oz. boneless, skinless breast, baked in the oven with black pepper, garlic, salt and butter. Then we toss it on the charbroiled till golden and topped with bacon, melted jack cheese, our special sauce, lettuce, tomato and onion. Served on a corn dusted kaiser roll with Sidewinder fries
